Is oil in your food actually good for your health?

We are told that olive oil is good for us but is it actually? It is an isolated fat and pure fat is not good to ingest. This is different then fat from nuts or an avocado. Those are healthy fats. Olive oil being good for your health is a total marketing scam. The only place pure oil has in your life is in the bathroom. It is amazing for your skin and extremely hydrating. Whether it be coconut, almond, sunflower, olive, canola, and so on, these oils are not good for you to ingest.
