Law Of Attraction + Affirmations

In the last 6 months or so, I have been studying and practicing the law of attraction. For those of you who don’t know, the law of attraction is the belief that practicing positive or negative thoughts become your reality. Essentially, all of your thoughts become things. For example, if everyday I am speaking to others and myself about how hard and miserable my life is then chances are, it’s going to stay that way. On the flip side, if something is going wrong but I choose to stay positive about it then I am going to have more opportunities and joy in my life. Constantly saying “I will never have enough money to do that” or “my life will never be like x, y z,” means those thoughts will be your reality. If you think about it, why would your life magically get better if you are creating negativity and failure in your head? Get that negativity out of your head. Replace every negative thought with a positive one.

Every thought you have has a frequency. Thoughts send out magnetic signals so when they are negative, you are literally creating more negativity in your life. When they are positive, you are literally creating more positivity in your life. If you have a hard time thinking positive thoughts then think of someone or something you love. For example, your pet dog or cat. Think of how much you love them and control your thoughts with the love you have for your pet. See yourself living in abundance and you will literally attract abundance. When you focus on something you want with a lot of passion then it happens even faster.

The first thing I did was made a vision board. I went on Pinterest and selected all of the photos I loved that represented things I wanted in my life. I printed photos of beautiful tropical beaches, positive affirmations and vibrant fruit. This was about December 2017 and I originally was supposed to work all summer but everything fell into place and now I am going on this two-month tropical trip to Australia, Bali, Maldives, and Thailand. Not only did creating the vision board shape my soon to be reality, it also changed the way I think. I was so focused on not making enough money to pay my rent and bills. Well, as soon as I shifted those thoughts, I was selling clothes, furniture, and getting more job offers. I was amazed! It really does work. If you don’t believe me, just try it. You don’t have anything to loose. When you constantly say positive affirmations and replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts, your whole world begins to transform. You have to believe you can attract and manifest anything in your life that you desire.

The Process:

1. Make a vision board

2. Write down positive affirmations and place on your bathroom mirror.

3. Repeat affirmations at least twice a day—when brushing your teeth

4. Make a list of things you want in your life

5. Visualize the things you want

6. Make sure you visualize the details to the core (the house you will live in, colors, style of home, location, etc.)

Example: I have been manifesting financial freedom. I don’t know exactly how I am going to get there but each day I make a point to visualize the details of what it would look like. I will live in a house on Kauai near the beach but also secluded in the trees. I will have the freedom to work from home as I please. I will have the freedom to travel and give back to the world. I will have a generous amount of fruit trees in my back yard including but not limited to coconut, mango, and avocado. I will be able to financially support my family and friends. I will be able to help homeless animals with food and love.

When you think positively, you attract positivity into your life. Make your vibration gets stronger and all the right people and things will come your way.

Affirmations have really helped me change my mind set as well. I post them on my bathroom mirror and make sure I read them at least twice a day or more. I always remember to read them at least twice a day though when I am brushing my teeth (morning & night). Here is a list of the ones I currently have in my bathroom.

I attract only positive people

I am successful

I am connected

I am strong

I am creative

I am safe

I am divine

I am loved

I am healthy

I rest in a state of bliss & serenity when I sleep

I know all is well in my world

Money flows easily to me

I am exactly where I need to be at this very moment

I prioritize myself and choose to spend time only with those who value me for myself

I have compassion for all beings on earth

I am confident in myself & always trust my intuition

I express self-love through the foods I eat & the thoughts I think

Today I am more abundant then ever before

I am always generous with my money

I have the ability to manifest anything that I desire

I love and accept my body completely

I am worthy of respect

I am worthy of healing
