It took me awhile to perfect the perfect vegan pancakes but once I did, my good friend, Sarah and I would make it a ritual to have pancake parties on Sundays. We would make green smoothies, green tea, and pancakes with every topping you can think of.
2 cups organic whole wheat or gluten free flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ cup pure maple syrup or ½ cup coconut sugar
plant based milk to mix batter up
optional: vegan chocolate chips, frozen blueberries, or slices bananas
Peanut butter chocolate sauce*
*(mix together maple syrup, raw cacao powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract and peanut butter)
